Kijani MRV | Trustless MRV & Carbon Marketplace
Project Manifesto
Introduction
Kijani MRV addresses the critical lack of transparency and trust in the voluntary carbon market. By leveraging the Cardano blockchain, we provide a decentralized platform for the Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) of climate impact data.
Our mission is to ensure that every carbon credit represents a real, verifiable, and permanent reduction in atmospheric CO2. Through smart contracts and on-chain verification, we eliminate the risk of double-counting and greenwashing, empowering both project developers and climate-conscious investors.
🌟 Key Features
- Trustless MRV Workflow - Automated and tamper-proof verification of climate data using on-chain validators.
- Cardano Native Tokens - Verified carbon credits issued as native assets on the Cardano blockchain.
- Decentralized Marketplace - Peer-to-peer trading of carbon credits without intermediaries.
- Proof of Verification - Transparent audit trails for every credit, from project inception to retirement.
- Climate Impact Dashboard - Real-time monitoring of project performance and carbon sequestration metrics.
